Damien Alblas is a Canadian psychedelic indie-folk-rock artist from the Kootenay Boundary region of British Columbia. Drawing inspiration from iconic artists such as Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Tom Petty, Fleetwood Mac, and Pink Floyd, Alblas crafts original songs that blend folk elements with the dynamic energy of mid-to-late '70s rock & roll, all while incorporating an '80s level of showmanship.

Beyond the headliners, the entertainment doesn’t start as the spotlight shines on some of the best, award-winning talent from right here in southern Alberta! The music starts when the gates open and doesn’t end until long after the sun goes down.

Whoop-Up Days 2025 is bringing the community together, offering FREE gate admission for all attendees from noon - 3 p.m. on Aug. 19, 20 & 21. Free ‘Til 3 fuelled by Gas King allows anyone to get into Whoop-Up Days for no cost from noon to 3 p.m. on Aug. 19, 20 and 21. PLUS, youth aged 10 and under are admitted free to Whoop-Up Days at all times.
