Triple P: Baby
This program offers resources and support for parents and caregivers to promote their baby’s development. The program will help you to understand what you can do to promote your baby’s development, build a stronger bond, and support their emotional and physical health.
The material covers topics like creating the best environment for your baby, encouraging contentment, strategies to cope with crying, understanding baby sleep patterns and healthy sleep habits. Discussions will include promoting your baby’s social and cognitive development, taking better care of your own emotional well-being and improving your communication with your partner and other family members.
